In his latest position, Gregory assumed leadership of a team comprising approximately 1,000 staff across Asia. Under his guidance, this team successfully delivered railway systems to both public and private clients. The business experienced exponential growth, tripling its revenue to reach 300 million USD over a span of five years. Furthermore, employee engagement witnessed a significant boost, increasing by 20 points.
