Dr. Leonard Yong, PhD, Med, B.Sc, is a highly acclaimed consultant, trainer, inventor, and author with a distinguished international career. As an Educational Psychologist, he has made significant contributions to his field. Dr. Yong served as a Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling at Universiti Malaya, the prestigious top-ranked university in Malaysia. He also held the esteemed position of Director at the Universiti Malaya Centre for Continuing Education, where he played a pioneering role.

Throughout his career, Dr. Yong has gained global recognition for his groundbreaking research and consultancy work on creativity and emotional intelligence. His seminal work on the LEONARD Personality Inventory (LPI) and the accompanying LPI Software has revolutionized the development of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and creativity in individuals.
