Serely Alcaraz is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and organization development, boasting more than two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Philippine Country Head of ITD World, she holds a significant position in the prestigious Institute of Training and Development Group, a global leader in leadership development, business education, and corporate training. With a wealth of expertise, Serely has worked with renowned companies and organizations across diverse industries.
Her career began as an Organization Development Specialist at A. Soriano Corporation, a conglomerate with affiliates and subsidiaries in various sectors. She later moved on to become an Associate Consultant at SGV-Development Dimensions International, a joint venture between SGV and DDI, a prominent human resource consulting firm based in the United States. Moreover, Serely served as the Manager for Marketing and Instruction at Dale Carnegie Training, a renowned performance-based training and consulting company.
Serely Alcaraz is a highly accomplished professional and has acquired certifications and licenses from influential figures in the industry.
