As the President of Rothwell and Associates, Inc., and a Professor at Pennsylvania State University, he has established a reputation as an expert in HRD training programs. In fact, his graduate HRD training program is considered one of the top programs in the US.
With over four decades of experience, Dr. Rothwell has worked with more than 40 multinational corporations as a consultant – providing invaluable insights on HR and performance management.
