Introduction to the Thinkers50 Coaching and Mentoring Award
The Marshall Goldsmith Distinguished Achievement Award for Coaching and Mentoring honors individuals who have made tremendous strides and achieved excellence in the field of executive coaching. The voting process – organized by Thinkers50, a research-based unit that evaluates and shares management ideas – begins with 50 coaches nominated by 100 Coaches Network Council, from which 8 will be chosen before announcing the final candidate.
In 2018, acclaimed executive coach Marshall Goldsmith was inducted into the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame – in honor of his wondrous accomplishments within this field!

In October 2021, Thinkers50 announced their list of 50 top contenders for the year’s Coaching & Mentoring Award. Amongst these esteemed names, stands Dr. Peter Chee – CEO of ITD World – who has been nominated alongside John Mattone, Peter Bregman, and other renowned experts in coaching!
Over the years, Dr. Chee has accumulated a wealth of experience in training and developing high-ranking executives from some of the world’s biggest companies, such as Intel, UN, Siemens etc.. He has co-authored several renowned publications globally – including:

A renowned figure in the international coaching and mentoring community, Dr. Chee has developed two world-class certification programs – Certified Chief Master Coach (CCMC) and Certified Coaching & Mentoring Professional (CCMP); both have been accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition, he has also authored numerous advanced coaching models like the Coaching Mastery Model (CMM), Situational Coaching Model (SCM), Achievers Coaching Techniques (ACT), etc.
Dr. Chee has been dedicatedly volunteering his time and energy every week to the Sunrise Eureka Beach Coaching (SEBC) program, a unique initiative that brings together leaders from various countries across the globe – all working towards ITD World’s mission of “Changing the world for the better”.
